Estimated Time: 10 mins.

  1. Teacher will ask the students the following questions:
    1. Do you follow some rules in home/ school/society? What are they?
    2. Why do we make rules ?
    3. Have you broken any rules at home or school? (allow them to speak freely without any fear and make it fun by adding your experience of childhood)?
    4. What happens when we break rules?

Explain that in our life we all go through different phases and in some phases, we don’t understand the value of rules and like to break them if we don’t like it. If someone else makes rules for us, it is ever more painful to follow. Let us do a small task at home during the coming vacations to think about the rules we have in home, school and society and think about those rules which we want to change.

  1. Explain the homework task with the help of office bearers by drawing the below table on board.
  2. ALL the students will copy the table in their notebooks for task.
